HOW DO WE PROCEED?

All Audits require an appropriate process to ensure the full benefits are achieved.

CONSULTING FIRM has developed its own process that keeps the Client involved through all stages of the Audit. Our Client-centric approach to auditing differentiates CONSULTING FIRM from others and leads to more robust, more productive Client relationships. It helps our firm deliver more valuable and impactful Audits for the Client’s business.

The CONSULTING FIRM Audit process comprises five pillars: DEVELOP, DEFINE, EXECUTE, EVALUATE, and IMPLEMENT.

For the first 4 pillars, DEVELOP, DEFINE, EXECUTE, and EVALUATE, an Audit Execution Plan (AEP) is developed and serves as an essential document during the execution of the Audit.

For the IMPLEMENT pillar, CONSULTING FIRM builds a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) based on the observations, non-conformities, and conclusions of the Audit. Once approved and validated by the Client, the CAP is implemented and executed with continuous and rigorous monitoring. During this vital process, the Client is closely informed of the progress of the work.

Through all these steps, our Client can be assured that all essential equipment and methodologies are fit for purpose, in good operational condition, and verified for full compliance with International Standards, Oil & Gas Industry Standards, HSE, and Requirements (Including API, Classification, National & Local Standards).

The DEVELOP step collaborative endeavor involves meticulously determining objectives, priorities, and targets through an extensive discourse facilitated by meetings between CONSULTING FIRM and the Customer.
This deliberative process serves as the fulcrum upon which the future success of the subsequent phases hinges.
At the DEVELOP stage, the consultative approach requires a comprehensive understanding of the Customer's requisites, where it's important to us. CONSULTING FIRM captures insights into the Customer's needs, challenges, and specific goals through this open dialogue. The efficiency of this engagement is intrinsic to the subsequent development of the Audit Execution Plan (AEP), a strategic blueprint that delineates the systematic framework for the forthcoming Audit procedures.
The handling of this preliminary stage establishes a solid rapport between CONSULTING FIRM and the Client. It lays the groundwork for an effective transition into the Audit process.
The DEVELOP step success depends on the depth and precision with which the initial consultations are conducted.

This critical juncture in the Audit process is dedicated to constructing a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) derived from a thorough analysis of observations, findings, and non-conformities highlighted during the Audit and implemented into the Audit Execution Plan (AEP).
Developing this Improvement Plan requires a judicious integration of industry best practices and regulatory compliance to address identified deficiencies. It is a pivotal instrument to augment operational efficiencies, mitigate risks, and uphold the highest safety and environmental stewardship standards in the oil and gas sector. Upon formulation, the CAP undergoes a rigorous scrutiny process and is set into motion upon approval and validation by the Client. The ensuing implementation and execution follow the meticulously devised plan, with a vigilant commitment to continuous follow-up. A transparent and collaborative communication channel is maintained throughout this process, ensuring that the Customer is apprised of the ongoing progress and actively engaged in decision-making processes. This symbiotic relationship between CONSULTING FIRM Auditors and Clients fosters a culture of accountability, shared responsibility, and a steadfast commitment to achieving and sustaining excellence in oil and gas operations.
The diligence exercised during the IMPLEMENT stage resonates with the industry's ethos, where reliability, service quality delivery, and safety are paramount. It is through the execution of the CAP that oilfield services will meet contractual requirements and fortify their operational resilience.
